Absolutely appalled to find out that my friend was charged £15 (twice in error) last night because I was too ill to attend, meaning our party of 6 became 5. With their pricey bill at over £170 I hardly think you suffered as a business for my illness. I had always rated this restaurant highly but that’s not good customer service. I won’t be visiting again, neither will my friends and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone else. More...
