I am a Professional Coach who abides by the rigorous ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation. You'll get a professional and friendly Coach who will listen and hear what's going on for you. I'm also a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I have worked in the NHS, Charity and Academic sectors for many years and this has given me a wealth of experience.
