Hi, my name is Claire and I'm so pleased to make your acquaintance.
I provide both leadership coaching and life coaching.
I work with any leader who is committed to their own growth for the sake of those they lead and impact, but I have a particular interest in supporting leaders of community facing organisations or teams (including but not limited to: schools, youth organisations, not for profits, community organisations, health care providers, council departments, churches, mission organisations and missionaries).

I got so much out of being coached by Claire, but that's because you get out what you put in. I have become such an advocate of life coaching - Claire gave me many tools I use to coach myself and apply to my life when I make decisions (sometimes I give these tools away to my friends, and it's up to them what they do next. ..) What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to come along side individuals to facilitate their growth in clarity, confidence and competence. I love helping people flourish!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have mentored and trained leaders and young people for decades. Becoming skilled in coaching has given me a raft of additional skills that has exponential increased the range and number of people I can support and help to flourish. I absolutely love helping others flourish, so why not make a business out of it while I'm at it?!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am non-directive in my approach which means that I wont tell you what to do or force my own agenda on you; rather I support you to find your own way forward but in such a way that means you will end up growing and learning and trying approaches you never would have come up with on your own!
If you want to I can support you in addressing root issues and blockages that will lead to lasting change; this can be confronting at first, but it is ultimately incredibly liberating. Don't worry though, its all challenge by choice! We can go as deep as you want to.

The Consult
In just 60 minutes you’ll gain a clear picture of the training, development and well being needs of yourself and your team, and some next steps that could work well for you. If you are a Christian leader we can also look at where things stand from a spiritual formation point of view, and how to move forward here also.
How it works
You will have some simple ‘homework’ to do before a phone or video call with me. By the end of your time you will have a clear picture of achievable next steps for you and your team. Not only will I then send you a written report so you have a record of our conversation but you will also have lifetime access to some great resources that will encourage you in your leadership.

Coaching for Leaders - The Coaching Package of 6+ sessions
I have crafted the journey below for you that is based on the science of change and best practice in coaching executives and senior leaders. It will help you go from where you are now to the leader and influencer you want to be, not just for a month or two, but sustainably, for the long haul. The 5 phase journey can be just as easily applied in a single session as we work on a particular issue, as to the whole of our journey together.
