We contacted the flower boutique only 7 days before our wedding with just an idea of what colour scheme we wanted and Kimberley arranged a really beautiful bouquet that was delivered on the day at the time expected, and all for a very good price. Bridget delivered everything we wanted and more to make our day as special as we hoped. She took my ideas and hopes and made it a hundred times better to provide us with spectacular sunflower bouquets and displays. Both the bride's and bridemaid's bouquets were simple but stunning and the centre piece and floral displays constructed by Bridget across the venue were quirky, original and so pretty. The Flower Boutique have been so helpful over the past week. We ordered a lovely big bouquet and the person we were delivering to was particularly hard to get hold of and we were therefore unable to deliver the flowers to her house easily. Kimberley tried several times for us over a number of days, and also checked the flowers and replaced any that looked a little sad with fresh ones before she took the bouquet (as it had been quite a few days). Finding Bridget was by far the best thing that happened to me when I was planning my wedding. The flowers on my wedding day were absolutely amazing and everything I had hoped for. My guests thought the flowers were incredible. Genuinely never seen a bouquet as beautiful as the one prepared by these wonderful ladies! This is the second time I've used The Flower Boutique, each time I visit I often feel like I've given them a challenge and each time they produce such wonderful arrangements.
I asked for an arrangement for an anniversary present on this occassion and asked for flowers that the Bride had in her bouquet, I didn't want the exact same thing but similar elements. The bouquet was delivered when requested and the bouquet was utterly beautiful, the couple were really pleased with the gift and it ran along the same theme as their wedding day bouquet. Spontaneity is the spice of life, and having yet to give flowers to my partner of almost 3 years, a new job provided the perfect excuse. Having never ordered flowers online and looking for someone to deliver locally I chanced upon The Flower Boutique. Truth be told, I did a simple Google search and flicked down the listings till I found someone who would deliver. A couple came and went, and it was the website which drew me in, vibrant imagery and easy to navigate. A quick look and I had my preferred choice in the basket and my order placed. Shortly later, Tim emailed me to check the delivery address and to ask what I would like to put in the card. Never one to make my feelings public, I had pretty much ignored the opportunity to personalise the card, but Tim's enquiry prompted me to do myself a big favour and write to the woman in my life. I was very appreciative of Tim for confirming the delivery address, as the wonder that is PayPal had only sent a partial address to the shop. To top this off, he told me when the gift was delivered he would inform me. Now that is customer service. An hour or two later, I received an email in block capitals expressing her joy for the flowers. She loved them, a credit to the quality of produce and care in arranging and delivering taken by Tim and the team at The Flower Boutique. Tim confirmed delivery and went on to say she liked them. My first online experience and a very good one. I now have somewhere I can recommend and utilise in the coming years. Tim made all aspects of the transaction personal and although we only exchanged words on email, the personal touch shone through. It's not often you can warrant 5 stars in life, but in this instance, The Flower Boutique gets full marks. More...
