This centre has such a calm and nurturing atmosphere. Sadie is such an asset to the community locally. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

We had my daughter's 4th birthday party at the Flamingo centre. She loved it. We found it a perfect size, homely but plenty of space for dancing and a craft table. I highly recommend.

We absolutely love the flamingo centre. My 6yo son is very anxious and this is the ONLY venue he will go to and join in with the session without screaming and crying to leave (and trust me we have tried many venues and classes over the last few years). The space is so calming and welcoming, it's like being at home! We have 2 classes booked this week and he can't wait to come back. I can't believe we didn't find this long ago! I attended Rowan's pregnancy yoga class for 5 months and it has been a fantastic experience that I really recommend to other pregnant mums to be. The space felt safe, comfortable, and calming. Rowan's teaching is consistent so you feel you are learning, but varied enough so no week is exactly the same. I didn't have any yoga experience before and my confidence increased, but the moves were tailored based on ability and what stage you are in your pregnancy. Lovely studio to be part of and teach my yoga classes there. My pregnant mamas can feel really calm & cosy especially in the evenings with the fairy lights on and the lovely aromas from my diffuser, some relaxing music and a bolster or two to totally Zen! ........ Tried out Celia’s toddler pilates today with my 3.5 year old and we loved it. Had no idea what to expect but my son loved making all the animal shapes and balancing along the mini assault course and I got a nice stretch, a bit of ab work and some good ideas we can try out at home. The Flamingo Centre is a great place to visit, especially if you're looking for inspiration and exploring new ways to deal with stress or expanding your knowledge base. I've learned a lot from attending workshops such as An intro into Alexander Technique, Healing crystals, Intro to life coaching, NLP techniques and I'm a regular to the weekly Pilates class. Took my goddaughter, who was staying with me for the night as she had business in Wales and Bristol, to Wednesday’s yoga class and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She loved Hilary’s way of teaching, her calmness and enthusiasm, and the venue and atmosphere. Hilary took the time to welcome Lauren to the class and check if she had any injuries. She says that next time she has meetings to attend in Bristol she’ll make sure they’re on Wednesdays so she can come to yoga again! More...

I went to Monday’s yoga with Hills last night and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a yoga class! I really felt like I had worked hard but at the same time I was so relaxed . Tried Healing Voice Circle tonight. A little freaked out by the term 'voice'. No singing or solos required though. All attendees along with Shamanic Practitioner (Alice /Sacred roots) drum or rattle and use their voice to add to the sound as feels right for them. An AMAZING experience.
