2 new running PBs this am: fastest km and fastest mile all down to the training I’ve been doing with Jacqui since Sept where one of my goals was to run faster! ✅ I feel leaner, stronger and better about myself. Jacqui is friendly and fun with her ‘embrace the mud’ attitude, really listens and always challenges me to push my boundaries (in a good way )! If you are considering abit of PT I’d highly recommend Jacqui, you’ll soon be ‘smashing it!’ More...

I can't recommend Jacqui enough! Having attended the Monday night bootcamp (for fiver... Bargain!!) and starting my personal training journey, which is also very reasonable, I feel fully energized and really proud and strong following every session. Are they tough, yes but Jacqui is very supportive with her "smash it" attitude that you know you can do it! The sessions are also varied so is a nice change from the humdrum of the treadmill and cross trainer. More...

Your Success is My Goal

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Bringing small changes to your lifestyle and being consistent is the key.
Fads and gimmicks only work in the short term and can often be damaging to your metabolism, causing the yo-yo effect.

I love helping people to make little changes in their fitness and nutrition routine so they and their family can achieve their Happy Balance!

I went on my own weight loss journey after having my second child and I feel incredibly passionate about helping people to feel good about themselves again.
