Hi there!

So you’ve taken the first step and decided to have a look into personal training and my profile which is great news!

My name is Harry Budd and I’m a Personal Trainer based in Ruislip. I decided to study Strength and Conditioning at St Mary’s University to further enhance my knowledge of the fitness industry to be able to deliver research based training sessions so you can smash your way towards your goal!

I’m able to run outdoor training sessions using limited equipment such as dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, battle ropes and skipping ropes however, I have recently finished building my own home gym. The gym is kitted out with more equipment such as a barbell, squat rack assault bike and more so why not workout at in your own personal gym at mine ?
