How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Firstly we specify what those goals are. We look at how much weight they would like to lose and create realistic expectations around this.
We then complete a nutrition session where we analyse their current nutritional habits, explain the science behind fat loss, and create a tailored plan around their life. From this plan our clients will be losing body fat from day 1.
It is then about implementation. We look at what obstacles clients may face on their fat loss journey and plan ahead to tackle these head on. Our clients are supported through our app so have really high levels of accountability and support for when it's needed.
We track different metrics to make sure our clients are seeing results in different ways such as weight, body fat percentage, measurements, pictures. By having different metrics to work from it enables clients to break free from being attached to the number on the scales.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to having the body of your dreams is to have a long term view for your health. In the world of social media people hop from one diet to the next without understanding what it is doing to their body.
You need to understand what works for you, your life, and what you can implement long term. There are no quick fixes for your health unlike what the internet would have you believe.
People overestimate what they can do in 6 weeks, but underestimate what they can do in 6 months. For that reason the secret to getting 'the body of your dreams' is thinking long term with the right education and support to help you.

The thing I love most about my job is the many ways our clients lives change for the better. They become happier, more effective, have more energy, and more confident due to the results they achieve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing that i can make a difference inspired me to start my own business. Seeing how people struggle long term drove me to become educated on health
