How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our exec chef has over 13 years experience in hospitality.
Having worked in Michelin star kitchens to event catering for 3000 guests a day he has the knowledge and experience to make your event the best it possibly can be.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and hearing the amazing feedback.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad has always been into cooking since a young age.
He owned a fish and chip shop for many years of my childhood.
