We saw the fairy Dogmother van round and about before we got our puppy and thought we’d look into her, she has amazing reviews for a reason - Kerry is truly a fairy Dogmother! Kerry has been a god send for our little one Frankie. He has completed puppy level 1 and loves Going to class. Had a home visit behaviour consultation as our new puppy is very low on confidence and was fab! Kerry is brilliant and I would recommend her to everybody. Took the time to teach my children how to handle our new pup and they are now following her methods. She gave us such great tips on training and why these methods are effective (so much easier to train when you understand your dog and how they respond). In the time we have worked with Kerry our Pooch is responding to us well (just like she said she would) and having the most fun being part of our family. Our pup is only 4 months and hasn’t had the best start with previous owners but with Kerry’s guidance I now feel confident to help her confidence grow and can’t wait for the day when she happily goes for walks and learns the world isn’t such a scary place. Just attended a 6 week course and found it excellent. I have a very timid pooch who would not be around anyone. During the weeks on this course she has come out of her shell a little and even went to others on occasions. The Fairydogmother is patient, knowledgeable, kind and fun. Wonderful display technique of 'how to do sit, stay, leave' etc ... with you reinforcing the commands at home. You even learn when a dog is stressed and what signs they display. What inspired you to start your own business?
Billy - a dog I shared my life with over 20 years ago. I wanted to help him, and us, have a better life together and overcome his problems so I started doing canine behaviour courses in 2001

My job is to help you and your dog grow in confidence together, to teach you how to change how your dog feels about the approach of a stranger, teach them not to be worried when a dog comes near.
Resource Guarding
Resource guarding is a hard one to live with, it breaks trust and relationships when your dog is aggressive to you around food, treats or stolen items. I can help you resolve this with patience and kindness building trust and your relationship.
Separation Anxiety

I am an expert puppy trainer, I occasionally provide classes but focus more on home training as its so important to get cracking from the moment your puppy arrives It makes such a difference to the life you will have together.
