I was only about 4 years old and Mummy said "Say sorry Mummy", but my "high and mighty" little self just couldn't oblige her. My Dad actually apologised to me and I refused to accept - what an obnoxious child! I then spent much of my adulthood apologising to the point that my parents insisted that I stop. What do you love most about your job?
My absolute favourite thing is seeing my clients come alive. I notice a change in their faces, it's like a light has come on behind their eyes, they kind of sparkle. And they smile and laugh more. It's such a beautiful thing to see.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At a time in my life when all I saw was pain and struggle, I reached out for help and after 3 sessions the counsellor I'd gone to told me he didn't know how to help me. I think it was this, and a genuine passion for helping people which made me start a business where I knew no-one would ever have to struggle on their own again.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm passionate, I'm qualified and I've lived through some extremely challenging times and have always come back stronger. I often get told that I'm someone people feel immediately comfortable with and like they can open up to me which is a huge compliment.
