I can't recommend Tribe Training highly enough. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive - it's a great community. The coaches are fantastic at motivating you and also at helping find alternatives when you have injuries / restrictions. There's a real sense they care - people will check in with you if you're missing sessions to check everything is ok. I never thought I would actually look forward to exercise classes, but I always feel so much better for going. Some of the short challenges have been super helpful in giving me some short-term goals to aim for, along with great nutritional advice, mindset help and encouragement. More...

I joined tribe training two years ago, it has been the best thing I have done.

I've been attending tribe for about a year. I was attending the gym and was doing the same routine and just not getting anywhere and needed some motivation, so my friend who had just started suggested I try it and I haven't looked back. I had a warm welcome from the start, I've become stronger and more confident in myself. It is as Callum describes a friendly community, we have regular social events as well as the amazing workouts.

I have always struggled to maintain momentum when it comes to exercise classes but this group has me hooked! Everyone is super friendly and the coaches give genuine encouragement. I joined a month ago and have noticed a massive difference in my strength. Every session is different and levels of ability are accommodated so there’s no time for boredom to set in! I have tried diets and joining gyms (then not going!) and nothing had worked for me. I joined Tribe training in desperation. Tribe has improved my strength, balance and fitness, I have lost about a stone in weight (without having to compromise on cooking and eating well). Most importantly it is realistic, fits into my life, and provides me with a network of likeminded people who are unbelievably supportive. The coaches are amazing and empower you to achieve you own goals whilst also keeping you accountable. There are not enough stars for me to be able to recommend them highly enough. Been attending sessions for almost a year now and I wish I had joined ‘The Tribe’ sooner! Tribe training is a great little community. All the trainers are really great and have a slightly different ways of running the classes so you will not get bored throughout the week. With classes in person and online you can with train with trainers 6 days a week, but they also post workouts on the community Facebook page if you want a 7th!

You also get one to one’s calls with Callum which really keep you motivated. ✨

I joined Tribe Training in Feb 2022 after paying my subscription to a local budget gym for 4 years that I went to about 8 times. I could not have imagined what a difference joining Tribe Training would have made to me, not just improving my fitness and shedding some CoVid curves (7.6kg gone so far still more to go ) but my overall well-being and mood and feeling is 💯 better. It’s not just a workout, it’s a great bunch of people and coaches that are on your side whatever your long term goals are, because they know what it’s like to be busy, trying to fit looking after yourself around everything else you do. I have an amazing experience and transform myself on from size 16 to size 14 began tribe training at 13 stone 13 pound I ended Tribal Training stone 12stone 8 pound feeling amazing very grateful to the team and made some good memories and good friends xxx I will continue my workouts now I have the motivation to continue x

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and it has been an amazing experience!
I’m 50 next year and was incredibly unfit and had fallen into bad eating habits during covid and lockdown, so signed up thinking there is no way I’m going to ever be able to get through 45 minutes of working out.

I was so nervous my first few sessions, but the coaches and other members were all so supportive. There’s no pressure to compete with everyone and you can just get on with things at your own pace and ability, which I love.

I feel so much fitter and healthier now, I’ve lost inches, I can get through a 45 minute session AND walk 30
minutes home after, and one unexpected benefit has been the improvement in my mental health. I’ve learnt how to balance my meals and make small changes in my diet to help me lose weight.

I never thought I would enjoy working out so much. I love that every day is different, I love the camaraderie, I love the support and encouragement from the coaches, I love the nutritional info you get gradually through the six weeks, in fact the only thing I don’t love is running round the school 😂

I’ve signed up for another year, looking forward to getting fitter and stronger!

I joined Tribe Training in August never having done a session at the gym in my life. It’s been an incredibly positive journey for me so far on the 6 week challenge - actually it has been life changing for me personally. In March, I joined tribe for the 6 week challenge. I wanted to lose a stone and get myself fitter before I turned 40 in the summer. During those 6 weeks, I lost 8 pounds and about 6cm off my stomach. I was buzzing. So I signed up for another 6 months. Now nearly 3 months after joining I’ve nearly lost my stone, I’m feeling a lot healthier and stronger and I’ve just signed up to do my first ever 1/2 marathon. I have been part of Tribe Training now for 5 weeks. I have battled for years with diets, weight loss the weight gain, numerous fads, but have never considered making training a priority and so decided to join Callum and the tribe. The support they provide is amazing! The first day to bootcamp I almost didn’t go in. I was terrified. As soon as I walked in everyone was super friendly and welcoming. All the nerves went away. Over the last few weeks I have really enjoyed the training sessions, I feel like my core is returning and feel generally fitter. I am learning not to focus on the scales anymore but rather how I feel and inches lost. I’ve always had a negative mindset with scales and in the past could ruin my week and demotivate me. The tribes daily videos and nutrition tips are super helpful. Years of fad diets can make you forget the basic principles of good nutrition and the I feel like I’m learning from the beginning again. I joined Tribe Training 5 weeks ago on a 6 week challenge when we were allowed to come out of lockdown and do outdoor exercise. My main goals were fitness and mobility, which are a challenge for me with medical and joint issues. After a chat with Callum it sounded like this could work for me as it seemed to cater for different levels of both fitness and mobility and had experienced trainers there to help if I struggled. So I thought why not, and I am so happy that I did. Attending the outdoor classes 3 times a week has, even in this short time frame, made a real difference to my fitness, activity levels and mobility. The classes are challenging at all levels, and really enjoyable, there is support at all times and the people are all lovely. I was made to feel welcome and I feel encouraged and supported on my journey, not just while at classes but throughout the week. But wait that is not all, there is also support and information on nutrition, and making real changes that are beneficial for the long term. All while not counting calories or denying yourself the pleasure of the foods you love, just planning what you eat, eating to support your workouts, and being mindful when it comes to food. And for me one of the best talks so far has been about if you have that bad day which we all have, it is just a bad day and you can put it behind you and see tomorrow anew, don't let that then become a bad week, these are your choices to make. Not only that I have lost 5lbs and a couple of cms off my waist, but for me the main benefit is I just feel so much better. So much so that I have already signed up to keep going after my challenge finishes. I come to boot camp on Thursday nights and really do enjoy it, being a bigger lady and not always being able to do certain exercises, Calum will choose something else that can help me instead. Will try all the obstacles out on the circuits we all do. Also have my mum come along too, she is in her 60s and enjoys going. Excellent PT. Bootcamps are designed for all age groups/abilities. Not massive groups so feel like you’re getting coached properly as opposed to mass classes where each exercise is explained and then left to the individual to crack on with. After a few years of trialling various different workouts and nutrition plans Callum has really helped me achieve my fitness goals in a fun and sustainable way. Through his support I have enjoyed a strength and size programme during the off season which was tailored to my needs and preferences. We want to support & empower our women to make sensible nutrition changes which will help them lose weight and improve their health, whilst being able to enjoy their life with their family & friends.

We help our clients achieving their fitness goals be supporting them with all aspects of their journey. We have years of experience working with different women from different backgrounds and abilities, which has lead to us having a unique approach to achieving amazing results.

We focus on 4 key tiers:

Nutrition - A simple and easy to follow nutrition plan, which allows you to eat the foods you love and lose weight each week, without dieting or counting calories 7 days a week.

Training - Simple workouts which are easy to follow. It doesn't matter if you don't have much experience in the gym, you can train from home. But with my support, our training app and our regular communication, you will be making progress with your workouts every week.

Support - Weekly check-ins and accountability to help you stay consistent, motivated and on track with your results. Not to mention the weekly phone calls we have as a part of the program.

Community - A like-minded community of women and men who are on the same journey as you. This is in the form of a private supportive WhatsApp group.

Consistency, knowledge & support. It sounds simple, but the biggest reason why people fail to see results is that they aren't consistent. They do great for a few days or weeks, then they fall off the wagon and go back to square one, this is usually because the plan they were following was too restrictive and generic.

Programmes such as weight watchers, slimming world, and the Cambridge weight loss plan are generic plans, in which every member gets a similar program, which is why they don't work.

But with our system, we meet our clients where they are currently at, support them and guide them with our knowledge and experience to ensure they get the body of their dreams.

I love changing the lives of women around the UK, it is why we do what we do and why we are so good at it.

I qualified as a PE teacher in 2016 and realised that teaching wasn't for me. I Qualified as a PT and started helping women in my local gym, and quickly become very good at it and was achieving incredible transformations with the women I helped.

Most of my female clients have tried everything and anything to lose weight, but there was always something missing, they would get results but always end up failing and going back to square one. This is why I am so passionate about changing that with the women that I help, so they never have to join a diet again or be a prisoner to the scales.

Over the last two years, I have only been working with women and do not coach anyone else on The Empowered Woman Program.
