We offer dog walking, boarding and home visits. We run a local business in and around Rye East Sussex and the surrounding areas. We have a 5 mile Radius free collection and drop off service, Services required out of the 5 mile Radius will be charged 65p a mile.

I would recommend Daisy as she had our lab while we were staying at Rye Harbour caravan holiday park.
She was very thorough with paperwork, our
documentation of vaccines and ensuring she knew everything about lulu before having her for the day while we went out as a family for the day.
Didn't have to worry at all about our dog and she was very contented when we got her and tired from her lovely walks with Daisy.
Would use her again.

I have used The Dog House this week when we went away for a few days and they are a fantastic company! When I dropped Sally off my first impression of the business is that it is very professional, clean & most importantly safe for Sally to stay. Before I dropped Sally off I did ask for daily updates of how she was getting on and I received photos of her having fun and playing in the water. It was a great peice of mind to know she was having fun and safe & well.I would recommend anyone looking to have there dog looked after to not hesitate and to pick up the phone and call them. I traveled for 40 minutes from where I live to drop Sally off and I will continue to do so! Much better having Sally in a safe, comfortable, warm & loving home environment then kennels. Thanks again for everything see you again very soon. In fact 2 weeks time when i'm away next! More...

What do you love most about your job?
what I love most about my job is meeting new clients and their loving pets but to be working outside and keeping active and being my own boss. I have always been a busy person, working with people and animals but now I have situated myself doing what I love most of all, looking after dogs and small animals. It is a joy to come across many different breeds of dogs in all shapes and sizes. This is what I love most about my job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from working 10 years in many different establishments which has given me many life and work experiences, working with a number of different people and personalities. working with animals gives me such an enlightened feeling of being able to do and achieve more with life and having that future career I can take someplace great. I am also looking to expand my business in the near future to cover dog grooming as well.

We offer a free consultation visit were we will take you through our services and match your requirements. In the free consultation we will also go through application and agreement forms together to make sure you fully understand them and help in necessary, If you have a dog(s) we will also take them out for a half hour walk to see how we get on with one another this is also included in our free consultation. The most important part of our work is to make sure your loved companions are happy, comfortable and enjoying their time with us. We are only a phone call or email away if we are ever needed. We also offer competitive rates too!
DOG WALKING
Quality time for your dog, whether they find it difficult in social surroundings or just prefer time on their own, what ever the reason, rest assured they’ll be well looked after and given all the attention your pet deserves.
DOGGIE DAY CARE
After your dog has been dropped off at The Dog House at 8am, they will go out for 2 one hour walks am and pm, they may be included in a group walk if one is booked. After the walk there will be refreshments, playtime or relaxing before being picked up at 6pm.
DOG BOARDING – NIGHT 6PM – 9AM
Likewise with the other services, not only will we walk, play and feed your loved companion, they will be treated as one of the family whilst staying at The Dog House with home from home comforts. We recommend that you bring their bed, favourite toys or treats to make them feel more at ease.
Special arrangements can be made if you wish to drop off your dog earlier or collect later but for this to happen.
PET BOARDING – 24 HOURS
The Dog House Rye guarantees the best place to stay and play whilst your away. We know how stressful it can be to leave your loved companion when you are away from home and kennels can be a stressful environment at times. Here your Pet will be given a home from home experience socialising with our own family dog and being part of the family.
