This was a fantastic experience. I bought a very overweight 13 year old girl for some TLC. Because of her weight I struggled to find a place that would accommodate. Both ladies were so lovely and didn’t hesitate to help. They allowed myself to come in with Shadow to lift her in the bath and comfort her. The whole process was wonderful. They could not have been any more helpful. 💕. Shadow was calm and even snoozing while there. I think she would have happily lived there. I can’t recommend them enough. Tilly loves going to see Laura and Anna , she gets excited now for her groom , can't recommend high enough , 10/10 , Tilly looks stunning after her groom and smells divine (for a day anyway before she rolls in something) can't thank them both enough
