Here at The Devil's Playground Mobile PT we want to be more than the normal Personal Trainer. Having a Personal Trainer is not cheap and all clients deserve the best. With this in mind, the mission of The Devil's Playground is to help as many people enjoy reaching their fitness goals.

As a cancer survivor, my physical fitness was negatively impacted, as was my confidence in my ability to ever rebuild my fitness levels. However Neil listened and has developed a training plan tailored to my specific needs. Don’t ever think you know your limits – I thought I did and how wrong I was!! Neil and I have known each other for a long time (that did not make it any easier on me) and I decided that I needed someone to push me to the goals that I had set for myself – and my god, did he help me push myself – every time I said “I can’t” he responded with “can’t isn’t in our vocabulary” – and not long after starting, I stopped saying “can’t”…and I’m so glad I did…Neil helped me to achieve everything I wanted and was as excited as me when I achieved my goals…that’s what separates him from the rest – he cares. .this isn’t a job for him – it’s a calling!!! Any goals you want… Neil will help u get them!! Gyms can be a daunting place to be – so cut out the middle man…and go to the one man that can truly help! I will forever be happy I did!! I have been training with Neil & The Devil's Playground for a few months. I have always liked going to the gym & working out but struggled with what to do & never got the results I wanted. Neil has given me a great eating plan that has helped me shed some pounds and get a shape I am happy with (I'm sure we can all agree going down a clothes size is a win). Teamed with training I can honestly say I am very happy. Neil has always listened to what I want to achieve & mixed the workouts up accordingly. Whether its a quick circuit or a 11 mile trek with a weighted pack, The Devil's Playground caters to all tastes & levels. When I started I couldn't even do 1 full push up, now I can do several. At the Devil's Playground PT we help people achieve their goals by listening to what they want. It real easy to get carried away by thinking you know what a client needs. UNLESS you listen to your client you will never know! There are many factors that come into play when helping a new client achieve their goals. Have they used a Personal Trainer before? what exercise do they like? what exercise don't they like? what is their current nutrition like? what are their goals? How long have they have given themselves to achieve their goal? Is this goal for a special occasion? What is their current fitness level? and many more questions that need to be asked. When you have this information you can then start to put a plan together that is beneficial to both. It's a two way street

There is no real secret to getting the body of your dreams. It all comes down to hard work both inside the kitchen and when training. If you only dedicate one day a week to your training, it will be very hard to get to your goal. If you put in the work and train between 3 - 4 days a week consistently over a period of time, then your goals will become a reality. It's all about how hard and bad do you want it???

What do i love most about this job? It's the satisfaction in seeing a person achieve what they set out to do. I have had the pleasure in working with those that have had difficulties with mobility and seeing them walk with an aid. For me it's about trying to help as many people as possible lead a healthy and fitter life.

After spending time in a full time position and training clients part time, there was not enough hours through the day and i could only help a few people. I decided to leave the full time role and focus my energy into helping more people. Its not easy but the rewards you can get are so worth it. Sometimes it's not all about the money but the people whose lives you touch

You will be given a program which will have you training sometimes on your own and with myself.
