How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important! I am always studying the latest research which tells us that nutrition can reduce our risk of many illnesses. Did you know that 70% of the happy hormone is produced in our gut and 90% of our immune cells? Nutrition is so important for our happiness and immunity!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients! It’s the best feeling in the world when my clients ring up to say I have changed their life for the better
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping and inspiring people. I have spent a long time thinking about my purpose in life and I now know it’s to
help people on a subject I am passionate about
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been awarded a First Class degree in Food and Human Nutrition, endorsed by the Association for Nutrition. This means I’m held to the highest standard of evidence based practice.
I believe that nutrition can be simple and delicious! Everyone should have a good relationship with food filled with excitement, enjoyment and simplicity.
Everyone is unique and so one size does not fit all! This is why I offer both weight management consultations and intuitive eating, where weight loss is put on the back burner. Overall, I help people figure out their food issues, sort through confusing diet advice, and get people excited about food again. I teach with no restrictions as this only results in wanting those foods more! With my passion for food, cooking and nutrition, I believe that I can achieve your goals in a sustainable, healthy way.
I don’t believe in short term fad diets, miracle foods and detoxes but believe in evidence based nutrition and healthy behaviour change.
