I have used cryo lab for numerous services. As a bodybuilder I push my body to the limits and the team have kept my recovery maximal through regular chamber visits aswell as Jen with the IV treatments as she has ensured my blood work has returned immaculate after a long bodybuilding prep. This morning I was a runner who had IT band issues and could not walk up and down stairs this morning or even enter a light jog. This afternoon I went to cryotherapy. My second visit today to the CryoLab, bad back, hips, knees playing netball for the last 6 years and being on my feet all day for what feels like the last 36 years none stop is taking its toll.
