Arrived to find a rather chaotic and full pub due to 17 unexpected local patrons and a rearranged fireworks display attended by many other locals. Gorgeous meal as always tonight, staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Haven’t had a bar meal this nice in ages 😊… nice to see Cloudy Bay on a wine list too! …Great taste!

What a great meal this evening! We loved all the upgrades to the pub, superb refurb of the indoor restaurant and the new 'covid safe' dining area. Our food was first class and the service was excellent. Steve has a great passion in the quality of his food and where it comes from locally. Purchased some of Steves home reared Pork to take home as well. Highly recommended and well done to Steve and his team. 😄😀👍 More...
