Melvyn often has to assist me when I run into problems and can do this remotely so, he ca usually identify and remedy the problem within minutes. Amazing service. Mel is a genius. Dropped off 2 laptops for him to look at at 12 o'clock today. One needed a new screen and other one possibly needed a new hard drive. Had both back in full working order before 2pm today and the price was amazing. Definitely recommend and will definitely use the sevice again. Mel was so friendly and patient when I called up to see about repairing my elderly laptop. He was honest about expectations, spent time helping me source a new one (which was in stock - no mean feat during lockdown! ) and then quickly and efficiently performed all the necessary set up tasks remotely which meant, all in, I was back up and running in less than 24hrs. I will go to Mel in future for any queries as he's approachable and doesn't make you feel silly for not understanding something. Highly recommended to some local friends already, and 5 stars here!
