Took in my custom built desktop for a checkup and fix after a parts upgrade wasn't working. Within an hour of it being left there, I had a call to say it was fixed. For the first time ever with a computer shop I wasn't made to feel like I didn't know what I was doing with my own computer, and was even encouraged to continue learning how to build and update my own computer. I always took my computer to this store. Once I bought a new gaming computer with water cooling. Eventually that water cooler died and in turn burnt the cpu. Ouch. Took it to this store and they fixed it up without any hassle and a lot cheaper than what I thought it would cost. Throughout the years (been going to them since they were located further up Abergele road virtually outside my old house), I’ve seen the team change, but they have always given the best service you could wish for, offering advice on upgrades, etc at an affordable price.
