Highly recommended. I took my laptop to Jon for a new battery but, not only did he replace the battery, he has got the system running like it's brand new. Dropped computer off at the computer doctor and the following day i got a phone call informing me of problem. Gave me a good quote and few days later when part arrived i picked it up looking like new. Jon made me relax as soon as he arrived,on time, at my house. He called me ,as promised, when he had thouroughly vetted my limping Laptop and outlined what was going to be necessary to retrieve my machine.
