About

Not only do I have 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I've also been a student of all things success, personal development and human behavior since 2008. Yes I have the qualifications and many successes with others when it comes to making any kind of change but I've also been there and got the t-shirt myself too: In 2014 I battled with depression, panic attacks and a failed suicide attempt, yet today I live the life I've always dreamed of, I'm happier and more at peace than I've ever been, my relationships are that good words can't describe them and as an added bonus, I'm the best shape of my life physically and mentally.

Seeing my clients changing their lives for the better and become healthier, happier and more confident along the way.

A mentor told me 12 years ago that if I wanted to be successful I must do two things:
1. Do something you enjoy
2. Do something where you're helping others.
Later that day I Googled 'Careers in fitness' (as I really enjoy fitness), 'Become a Personal Trainer' came up and the rest as they say, is history.
Every single day I do something I enjoy and I get to help others in the process.

No one 'should' do anything. But the clients that pick me for one reason and one reason only..
It just feels right. I'd love to be able to explain that in more detail but the only words I have right now are.. They just know and they trust that knowing by reaching out and having a conversation with me.

Holistic Style Personal Training.
When I say holistic I mean that we approach the three most important aspects of you achieving the body and health goals that you're working towards, these areas are:
Movement: A Personal Workout Program specific to your wants, needs, desires and most of all, what you actually enjoy doing.
Nutrition: Again we will work together to develop a personal nutrition program that not only gets you the results you're after, but that you actually enjoy following along to.
Mindset: After 12 years Coaching and 20+ years in the Personal Development and human behavior industry I've come to the conclusion that our mindsets are the most powerful tool we have to creating ANY lasting change in our lives, this is why a third of the work we do (more, or less depending on your requirements) will be on what's going on in the 6'' between your ears.
