Always there when you need them around the clock. They resolve any issues straight away and they really are reliable. Technical support is super fast and hold times are never more than a few seconds. They are absolutely brilliant.

Ive used wix, yell and shopify before trying the clever web co. there is no commparison in quality of the site when it comes to clever web, they are in a different league. the site is custom built by professional people from the ground up unlike the others lot that all use gimmick software that gogle disqualifies. my google ranking has grown -at an exponential rate since tcwc built me a site, the irony of it is, they charge me less than all of the other companies i tried. you couldnt make it up. an absolute find coming across this company. Was recommended to me through the Yell action group on facebook so i gave them a try. I have been with them 5 months and the service has been brilliant. I got a free website built and three email addresses. They are contactable seven days a week if you need changes doing to your website which they do included in my monthly fee. i also have an appointed contact manager who is my poiint of contact. They have also given me a 3 year price cap freeze. This is a very good service and Im so much happier now i have moved from Yell. I really cant fault them. More...

ive had a great expereince from start to finish with cleverweb. My account manager is really responsive and they desined and built my website on time delivering it 4 days early. they have done the changes i requested within a day and its really good. Also Aimee is really helpful who got my domain transferred over from Yell so i didnt have to and go through the hedache. Aimee has been really helpful throughout the design and build process. My website was delivered within 28 days as promised and its beyond my expectations. Didnt expect it too be this good. aftercare has also been brilliant and they are always at the end of the phone even on sundays. cant recommend this company enough. my old web developer was charginf me £40 an hour whereas the clever web company give me unlimited work for the same monthly fee. Recently migrated over to clever web and the service is so much better than my old developer. i can speak to them on weekend days and get edits done staright away instead of waiting. So glad i switched !!
