End of Tenancy Cleaning
The job was rushed. I didn't get what I asked for. And when I complained she refused to give me the money back or come and re-do the job. She argued with me. Said she explained everything to me. But she didn't. She changed what she was going to be doing. I asked for a deep clean. End of tenancy. With all appliances in the kitchen cleaning. She said she could do this. But then changed the price and name of what she was doing but she didn't tell me that meant she wasn't doing a deep clean. She didn't explain the difference between a deep clean and the end of tenancy cleaning. So I assumed I was getting the same work done but it was just called something different and had a different price. She was nice to me before the job and during the job. Sorry to hear this but i did explained to u what is the difference. And ones we finished cleaning i did asked you go and check or you are happy and or u would like us to do something else or exstra and you checked and u was happy never mentioned anything. Then texted me after 5 6 h that you husband isn't happy im sorry but i even do have all fotos of the house how it was and how we left. Plus when we was cleaning you never mentioned anything about electronics to be cleaned. I do my best all the time that's why i ask my clients go and chek after i finished. To make sure i leave my costumer happy with results i never had someone texting me after 5 h and saying that they aren't happy. Again sorry if u wasn't happy but we done all that we said we would.

We were inspired to start own buisness as we knew no one could match the quailty of our services.
