Customer service and delivery arrangements are so stressful with this company. I ordered a 5 seater @ £1850 advertised as delivery between 8 and 12 weeks. We are now on week 14 with no delivery instructions. They close on Dec 23rd for Xmas, so looks like we won’t be receiving delivery before then. You will receive no delay updates or contact from staff advising of delays or shipping arrangements . The details given are simply the delivery company “will call you to arrange delivery” After incessantly calling all week with no response , I was finally told my sofa was picked up on Monday, I still haven’t heard anything from a delivery company, or received any tracking e mails (Thursday). Regardless of the product when/ if it finally arrives, purchasing blind and dealing with completely disinterested customer service makes this all way to stressful especially now , so close to Xmas as we have our current furniture to dispose of before accepting delivery of the new one. Was worried about buying blind especially as we were shipping the 2 sofas straight to France . But all my fears faded away when they were delivered they look amazing in our Vendee home and the quality is excellent. We purchased two sofas after visiting the showroom and love them! Great quality, we haven't had any issues. The sofas were made to order so there was a few weeks between ordering and delivery, but we were aware of the timescale and delivery was made within the specified timeframe. The guys that delivered the sofa were great! They had to remove a door to get the sofa in the room, but they took it all in hand and it wasn't a problem for them. I ordered a Chesterfield online after receiving some leather samples ,it arrived within the time scale and we were informed of a delivery date and time ,the delivery guys were friendly and took all packaging off to check it over then removed all packaging and placed it where we wanted . the suite looked amazing and was well worth the wait and money it's made to high standard not one fault or mark on it ,very pleased . We ordered a chesterfield chair from the website. We also ordered some leather samples. These were sent quickly and I phoned to ask some additional questions. Very helpful on the phone. Bought 3 seater sofa, wing back chair, tub chair and footstool, looks good but its VERY uncomfortable the seat cushions hard and unforgiving (probably cheap foam), not like the wingbacks of my childhood. Hoped they would improve with use, and be more comfortable; they haven't 2 years on still looks good, still uncomfortable. These are showrooom pieces not for home. When we looked around the showroom (which was shockingly difficult to find...maybe a suggestion to spend some money on some signage! ), the person on the desk was very helpful and we happily ordered. Bit annoyed at the suggestion of having to pay to for delivery; when customers are spending that amount of money, free delivery should be standard. And then we waited. We were told it would be about 8 weeks, but we expected it to be longer as we had ordered before Christmas. I chased the order up a couple of times, and the staff were always very helpful. When it finally arrived, the quality IS excellent, however in my experience, the service levels were similar to previous posts. We visited on a Saturday, and the young lady was very little help. After ordering, communication was very poor, and when chasing to find out where the sofa was, I was constantly promised calls back which never came. The same situation with emails.
