The Charcoal BBQ Company offers outside catering with style and flair as well as the ability to cater for high numbers while keeping the standard of catering high.
We have 24ft of custom-built barbecues (and impressive sight) and 12ft of these can be converted to giant, charcoal-fired ovens.

What’s your signature dish?
Barbecued chicken is always popular (boned thighs are excellent for barbecuing) and butterflied legs of lamb marinated and cooked for 45minutes .
What do you love most about your job?
The pure creativity of each job and the exhausting effort needed to get to the end!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of food an a realisation that barbecuing can offer so much (15years ago when we started the quality of catering barbecues was...not so great)
