What do you love most about your job?
At school always enjoyed maths lessons, so being a bookkeeping seems a natural progression. As I have discovered over the years reputation is a the most important factor for any business and I pride myself it providing the quality of work the client requires. Providing a service to clients requirements gives me satisfaction and I know they are satisfied with the service provided when they continue providing work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a Director of a Limited Company since the early 90's but in 2017 work in the industry slowed down so looking for a new challenge I looked into qualifying as a bookkeeper having been preparing my own books for a number of years. Having achieved the necessary qualifications with ICB along with additional qualifications I set up The Chalfont Bookkeeping Service Limited.
