Step 1 Pre-vacuum
All areas that are to be cleaned are pre-vacuumed with an industrial strength vacuum cleaner removing any dry soil particles in the fabric, this method will remove around 70% of soil in your carpets.
Step 2 Pre-conditioning
After Pre-Vac, the areas are sprayed using the correct solutions (based on the inspection and the PH testing) for the job including any heavy traffic treatment, spot solution and deodoriser as required.
These specialist solutions help break down the embedded dirt into the carpet that the dry vacuum misses, to concentrate on loosening the remaining soil and stains from you Carpets.The Carpet Cleaning Clinic focuses on using eco-friendly materials that are also child and pet friendly.

Step 3 Agitation
The Carpet Cleaning Clinic technician will agitate the solution into the pile of the carpet by using a professional rotary brush machine driving the solution deep into the ensuring a comprehensive clean.
Step 4 Extraction
In this stage, The Carpet Cleaning Clinic technician will bring out his industrial strength high pressure extraction cleaning machine, the extraction process is where the remaining dirt is flushed through the carpet using deep water to retract the soil and pre-conditioning solution. As part of the extraction process a specially formulated rinse aid is also introduced to assist with drying time and leaving your carpet free from solution residue.
Step 5 Turbo Drying
To assist with drying, The Carpet Cleaning Clinic uses professional air blowers to force air on all treated areas to reduce the time it takes for your carpets to dry (carpets take between 2-8 hours to dry so they can be used as normal depending on air flow and temperature). Any furniture will be placed on polystyrene blocks to ensure no marks are left on the finished carpet.
We will also re dress the pile leaving a uniform mark free finish.
