After a number of years trying and failing to tame our basset we were ready to give up.

We found Mel and she came to review our situation. She spent about 2.5hours with us and our dog to help get to the root of the issue with him. Magic worker that's all I can say. Instant changes were seen in our hound and Mel gave us additional tips to try out over the two weeks. We saw her again and he improved even more.

Mel has a special way in which she "talks" to your pet. She put us at ease and has helped us move forward with our once difficult hound, who now is a dream. We are continuing service with Mel so that we can be the best owners for our dog and he can be the best pet for us.
