Honestly could not fault anything from The Cake Place! Firstly, Yvonne is such a lovely person and offers phenomenal customer service too! We’ve now ordered here 2x and will be ordering my 3rd cake tonight. They offer cakes for those with dietary needs vegan and non vegan which tastes delectable and is great because we have a lactose intolerant member. When I first ordered from here it was very short notice however this was not at all a problem for Yvonne and her staff! During the Coronavirus too, customer service was just outstanding. Yvonne did a fantastic job of our wedding cake. She listened to our wishes and created exactly what we had in mind. It looked and tasted beautiful. Cannot thank Yvonne enough. At very short notice I decided I wanted a cake made for my son and luckily found the cake place. My ideas were pretty brief and to be honest wasn’t expecting much but when I collected It I was absolutely speechless. The cake was way more then I could of ever imagined and Yvonne took time to research the character and added her own special touches that really gave the cake the WOW factor. I was so grateful for Yvonne’s help when I had a last minute cancellation with only 48 hours notice, she was so helpful and made an amazing 21st birthday tractor cake for my fiancé which everyone thought was delicious!
