We are a small family run business, offering our pop up BBQ for all events big and small, from family parties, christenings, weddings, school fetes, to festivals and shows. All of our meat is locally sourced and all burgers and sausages are made in house at our shop on Park Lane in Poynton.

I went into the shop today and had a lovely welcome from the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly.
I only went in for pork steaks and came out with a bag full of meat 🤦♀️😂
great selection of meats and loads of diferrent varieties of meals.
I highly recommend the lamb croquettes and will definately be back.

What’s your signature dish?
All of our burgers and sausages are handmade using locally sourced meat.
Choose from mouthwatering burgers topped with pulled pork or slow smoked brisket.
Salt and Pepper Steak flatbreads where the meat melts in your mouth.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Clients can choose standard menu's or sit down with us and create something bespoke to them.
What do you love most about your job?
Showcasing our shops products cooked to perfection on the BBQ, releasing all of the wonderful flavor's that come with locally sourced meats turned into handmade products.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked within my family butchers and outsides catering firms for many years, once my father retired it was time to set up on my own and create something special.

Outside BBQ catering, including full equipment set up service and staff for 4 hours. All Meats, sauces, cutlery, crockery, napkins included. Standard Menu's or bespoke menu's to suit.
