We provide structural design in Steel, Timber, Concrete and Masonry. For example: Beam design, Column design, Masonry wall design, Rafters, Purlin, Trusses, Ridge beams, design, Foundation design, Retaining wall design, Basement design, etc.
Structural Assessment and Report
We provide structural assessment and reports for building structures such as movement/cracking in walls, floors, retaining wall.
Design Reviews
We provide design reviews to determine and evaluate whether previous designs was accurate or if still applicable in a changed circumstance.
Temporary Works Design
We provide the temporary works design for scaffolding, for crane base, for access, etc.
Drainage Design
We provide drainage design for both residential and commercial properties.
Drainage Report
We provide drainage report for both commercial and residential premises.
Flood Risk Assessment
We provide flood risk assessment report to determine and explain the risk that a structure may be exposed to due to flooding.
