waiting staff
We have a range of waitress and waiter staff, alongside bar staff to help your event go smoothly. We take care of your guests, clear empty plates, buffet tables, glasses etc. We wash everything up and put away, leaving your home/venue in a clean and tidy state.
Catering
I have been catering for over 27 years and cover from 20 guests up to 500 guests. I love to feed people, and pride myself on home making most of everything I provide. I am usually employed to make hot or cold buffet, afternoon teas, canapes, and even a complete hot meal for your guests to come and choose from. I am an honest cook, using the best ingredients customers can afford to buy. My pricing is extremely competitive, and my food is usually quite simple. I can turn my hand to most cuisines, but English Faye is usually what I am booked for. I do a lot of funerals keeping the table traditional and affordable, I also prefer to cater midweek, (but work many weekends of the year) giving me a chance to catch up with admin etc on the weekends I am off. I am registered with the local council and have earned a 5* excellence in hygiene. I am insured and have all the qualifications needed to provide food to customers.
