Really disappointed by the food. Meal served before we had got our drinks. Soup cold and sent back and starters served with bread from a white sliced loaf! Tasteless! After 15 minutes of being ignored, managed to get the attention of staff who seemed annoyed that we actually asked to make an order. Mojito was not drinkable, tasted sour and acid, with a nasty after taste, got offered more sugar syrup or a new drink, opted for a new drunk, tasted the same 🙄 asked for the first drink to be taken away and was told nah you have it 🤦🏽♀️ Staff should be mindful that even though I had my back to the bar I could see them discussing my complaint in the mirror 🤷🏾♀️Tried the pina colada next so full of ice was impossible to drink and then tasted of nothing. This place looked good through their social media pages but when you're there, it's quite the opposite. Customer service isn't fantastic and took us nearly 15 minutes to grab the attention of someone to get drinks sorted. The drinks took a while to come as well.. Tried ordering the gin tree but the waitress was so clueless on how it works, we just chose to have a cocktail as it was easier. That wasn't any better...for £9 a cocktail you expect something nice. The pineapple daiquiri was the only one out of 4 drinks that was nice. The mojito that my friend had was so bitter, and tasted rank! we complained and was told they could make another, a new one came and it was just as bad. The rum punch tasted like it was a pure vodka shot, it wasn't nice at all. The pina colda was full of ice more than a drink. The food we had was average. Its not somewhere I'd recommend, or in a rush to come back that's for sure. More...
