I have no hesitation in recommending The Bookkeeping Department. I am new to Xero so attended one of their group Xero sessions to get me started with all the basic information. I then booked a 1-2-1 which was more specific to my business. I have been looking for a company that was able to provide this service and I am very happy to have found The Bookkeeping Department. What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We providea range of bookkkeeping services. These fall into 2 categories:
1. We provide a fully outsourced bookkeeping service where we do all your bookkeeping for you
2. We provide a DIY service where we support and train you to do your bookkeeping yourselves
For many customers, we also go beyond the bookkeeping and act as their Finance Department including services such as paying suppliers, credit control, payroll, cashflow forecasting etc.

• You will work with a dedicated experienced and Xero Certified bookkeeper who understands your business finances with team back up support in place if that person can’t be available.
• Accessibility. Your business isn’t 9 – 5 so we don’t just operate traditional office hours either. Evening and Saturday morning appointments are available where booked in advance.
• We help you understand the numbers. As standard, we provide a quarterly Skype/telephone call/meeting to talk through your accounts as a standard part of the service to help you understand the numbers we are providing.
• If we can suggest a more efficient or effective way to do something, we will do so if we think it will help you.
• We go beyond bookkeeping and offer additional supplementary services to save you time.
