Maxine is absolutely brilliant. She has a fantastic knowledge of how the body works (and where and why it's not working at its best) and can do whatever is needed to put you right. I love dancing but I'm not sure I'd still actually be able to do it if it wasn't for her. I'd certainly be in a lot more chronic pain without her treatments. Highly recommended. More...

2 years ago, I had a total knee replacement. Just prior to that, I was fortunate to find Maxine. Once I had begun to recover, but still on crutches, it became very clear to me that Physio was working fine, but I needed more. Maxine was there to help me and still is. She has a knowledgeable and professional approach to supporting someone recovering from this kind of surgery, and is able to complement the "standard" physio for such surgery, with techniques that ease pain, build confidence and fix issues like ITB tightness, scar adhesion and just general recovery problems. If you are in a similar situation, and perhaps don't believe that this kind of therapy might help...call Maxine and give it a go. You will probably be very pleasantly surprised. If you are just reading this and considering a Thai Massage or another therapy that she offers, go for it, what have you got to loose, aprart from some discomfort/pain? More...
