I would absolutely recommend joining on to these sessions! The circuit routine keeps it interesting and gives you a full body workout. Jacqui is really lovely and encouraging and she can help you with any of the exercises what ever your level! Absolutely amazing woman! Enjoyed her class so much. Was a bit nervous at first but Jacqui made me feel so at ease. All the workouts had an easier and harder option and I felt like I could challenge myself without being judged by anyone! I have already booked another session for next week and aim to go at least once a week from now on. Jacqui is the best! I have wanted to loose weight for a while but ultimately I want to get fit and healthier. These sessions are hard work but so enjoyable and always such a laugh. Jacqui has the personality you need when you are exercising, she keeps it lighthearted and she always has alternative workouts if you can’t do something due to injury or pain! I cannot recommend Jacqui and the body tracker more. Such a bargain price for what you get and once you start you can’t stop going! More...

Had my first driveway drills session yesterday evening, went in feeling quite nervous but everyone especially Jacqui made me feel so welcome and at ease. Each workstation was set for all abilities so you can do what you feel comfortable with, the only person you are in competition with is yourself. Came out feeling so proud of what I had achieved and constantly received words of encouragement from Jacqui that helped to keep me going. So tonight I had my first body tracker experience.. and despite me not being able to currently feel my arms, I had an absolute blast! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the work stations were varied and adapted to every individuals needs. Absolutely loved my first driveway drill with Jacqui this morning. I’m totally new to fitness classes (never worked out in my life) Jacqui made me totally at ease and really relaxed. Q&As

I listen as to why each new client wishes to join my workout sessions as each client has different goals. It could be fat loss, wanting to improve overall fitness, has a distance goal in mind, needs someone to help them be accountable and keep them motivated or it can be just purely because they love to workout.
Whatever the reason for the goal is I ask each client to do 3 things..... Imagine, Believe and Achieve.
Imagine the end result. Believe in themselves, so they Achieve their goals!
I do this with the help of a tool I used for myself called The Body Tracker Tracker which can be found on my website.

Having a big goal can make it feel and seem daunting so I like to break those big goals down into smaller ones. That way each time you hit a smaller goal you feel more motivated to move onto the next!

Helping clients to build their confidence when it comes to exercise, their bodies and minds. Seeing them progress emotionally, mentally as well as physically is so rewarding!

My own personal body transformation journey going from a size 20/22 to a size 10/12 losing 6.5 stone, inspired me to start my own fitness business.

I have been told by many clients that they love working out with me because "I am real". Because I have been there and done it and doing it, clients feel at ease with me. I class myself as an open book and am happy to discuss any part of my body transformation journey which also includes health implications. The words inspirational, motivated and make fitness fun are said by clients often.

Online sessions are done within the privacy of the clients own home / surroundings.
Outdoor Driveway Drills sessions have limited spaces so clients have space, all equipment is santised before and after each workout, hand sanitiser and alcohol wipes are provided for use during the sessions and if clients do not feel well I ask they do not attend and should they advise me they are poorly and have Covid-19 that they let me know so that i can advise close contacts who were on the same outdoor sessions but do not advise which client it is.

Services

Online Sessions -

Within the Online Members section you’ll find a selection of 15
minute workouts, 5 minute mini blasts, Exercise by Example, HIIT
workouts and more!! Theres also a private Facebook group that you can
have access too. Sessions may be live or
pre-recorded and can be done in real time when live or watched back on
replay at a time that suits you.

Online workouts will contain a mixture of HIIT, Step Aerobics, Legs,
Bums n Tums, Toning with the use of weights, Body Resistance and
more…….

Watch 1, 2 or maybe even 3 videos back to back for a complete
workout. The sessions are pre-recorded so you get to watch them at your
own leisure and do them at your own pace. Varied exercises that work the
whole body!

New videos will be added weekly and located in both the private
online members section and facebook group. Within the facebook group
there’ll also be other posts and articles about fitness and you’ll not
only get to know me more but other members too.

Outdoor Sessions - Driveway Drills are located on a private driveway that run for 60 minutes with 6-10 stations and will get that heart racing, blood pumping, sweat pouring and calories burnt!

They’ll be tractor tyres, car tyres, weight stations, battle rope, cardio and body resistance stations creating a fun and fast circuit making your body want to leave but you’ll defo be back for more!
