I cannot praise Phil enough. Being very nervous before the shoot ( for my Celebrant website) he managed to make me feel fabulous. First I had my makeup done by a professional makeup artist, & then Phil took over 300 photos. If I had a complaint, it would be, it was so difficult to choose which pics I wanted, they were all so good - & that's from someone who never likes her photo taken. The Boardroom Studio is amazing! The room is beautiful and has so much character. The natural lighting is stunning, but can also be darkened down by shutting the shutters. And that is just the room. Phil is an amazing photographer and has the knack of making you feel extremely comfortable and has the awesome skill of capturing the true personality of any subject that he shoots. Add to that, his retouching skills are proven to be world-class and makes his already great shots turn into amazing and stunning pieces of art - yet still looking natural. Great place to take photos, with lots of interesting and varied rooms to explore, as well as a well kitted studio too. It was worth the 90 minute drive, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a more natural indoor shoot.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Show me images you like, so I can get a feel for the what you are looking to achieve – mood boards or Pinterest boards are excellent for this.
What do you love most about your job?
Every day is something new – I love to create! make magic!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing other people start their own business and thinking – hey, I'm loads better then them, I can do that too! haha
