⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We won a the ‘reviver spa evening’ at a charity event in the summer. The hot stone massages were included and were amazing. We visited today for my boyfriends birthday - we pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was so relaxing and the therapists were lovely and very professional (Sophie and I didn’t catch the other lady’s name) we had fizz in their lounge area after our treatments and relaxed. Claire served us in the lounge area was so lovely and chatty and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend More...

Stayed as a couple as part of a Spa day package.The spa - one of the most relaxing days we've ever had! On arrival each person is given their key card for door access and key to their locker, which contains robe, slippers and towel. The staff then have a small tour of the facilities. There are 6 water treatments, steam room sauna, outside hot tub and several sofas & beds to relax on on the upper level. Plenty of fresh towels and water available too.We had two treatments - couples stream experience and couples time out, both of which were excellent and the staff were very polite.Lunch was served just outside the 'wet' area in the lounge, where there was an excellent selection of food and different drinks available.Overall a brilliant experience, our only slight niggle was that it got quite busy at one point so we had to wait a while to use certain areas. Had a lovely spa day at bedford lodge spa with a friend, staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa it self was very clean and with a lovely relaxing environment. Treatments were luxury and the food was delicious! However the relaxation area upstairs could dowith more beds/seating area it was a little annoying that other guests using the spa would leave their towels and belongings on the beds whilst they go off for treatments etc which ment other guests couldnt use the beds. The hot tub on the outdoor terrace was lovely but the temperature was cold and we had to come in after 5 minutes of being in there. There is only 1 changing room in the womens changing area so we ended up having to get dry and dressed in a toilet cubicle after showering! More...
