The cake for our daughters first birthday went far above and beyond our expectations. The colours were perfect, the design execution exceptional, the choice of flavours was wide and our choice of mint chocolate was devine, with the flavour running throughout the cake. It looked too good to cut, but was well worth it with light fluffy sponge, the perfect thickness of icing and not too sickly.
