We offer indoor and out door catering for events, weddings and parties. This can be anything from plated four course meals to a hog and lamb spit roast with delicious salads and side dishes or a vegetarian banquet. We love amazing dips and interesting sauces so with out buffets we always have at least three accompanying dips such as roast beetroot tapenade, sumac yoghurt sauce or an artichoke and white bean paté.

Sophie's company did such a fantastic job of catering our wedding this summer. The food was simply excellent - beautifully slow roasted spiced lamb, big colourful salads, new potatoes and bread and dips. And there was lashings of it! Many of our guests said that the food was the best they have ever eaten at a wedding, and it was definitely the best I have ever had at any big event. Sophie's staff were also excellent - calm and good humoured, and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day so that we didn't need to worry at all. What’s your signature dish?
We create all kinds of food from very traditional British to Middle Eastern and South American flavours. We love delicious dips, paté and sauces along side the food and often serve wedding buffet banquets with either a hog or lamb spit roast over charcoal, or a vegan/vegetarian spread with tempeh satay and a aubergine and red pepper roulé. Equally we enjoy plated food, or sharing platters on the table.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with the client to create the food in line with their vision and budget and can make pretty much anything. We have sample menu's and a long list of suggestions to inspire people if they would like it. We make suggestions and give alternative options until we have a menu that the client is pleased with.
What do you love most about your job?
Crafting dishes that taste as good as possible and presenting them in a way that engages all the senses is what inspires us, along with the hospitality side and really serving up love and positive energy with the food. The catering can make or break and event and we love to take care of the tiny details and don't hold back on the extra flair!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Providing food and entertaining large groups is something that has always been natural for me so it made sense to work in this field. I love providing and wonderful environment for people and organising all the background details that mean the event goes smoothly.
