Visited with my niece on Saturday and couldn’t fault the experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of booking and if you book direct with them they will match any prices you have seen by another company selling there experiences etc!!

Had a fabulous time this morning feeding and stroking the meerkats! It was for my daughters birthday although we all enjoyed this experience and the staff are very welcoming and knowledgable - thank you for a great morning!!

My husband and I visited today for a Meerkat Experience. We had a fabulous time! Meeting the four Meerkats was far better than we could imagine! They were adorable, very sociable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Having these little guys climbing all over us and feeding from our hands was a dream come true!! Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and we learnt lots about the Meerkats. She was very professional and had a real love for the animals. Booked a Meerkat experience for 4 people for my mums 80th birthday. We had an amazing time with them, even feeding them by hand. They loved our shoe laces and the fur inside my daughters UGG boots. We had the most amazing visit to meet the Meerkats today, very clean environment, very friendly knowledgeable staff who made us feel very welcome. I was gifted a meet the meerkat experience day for my birthday and it was the BEST experience day I’ve ever been to. It’s a very intimate encounter with the meerkats and it feels very personal. You are encouraged to touch, stroke and interact with them (within limits, of course) rather than just sort of sit there and watch. Meet the Meerkats is probably the best value gift I have ever bought for my two daughters aged 8 and 11. The intimacy of the experience is something we weren’t expecting and the staff were very friendly and informative throughout.

We have visited twice now within the last few years. Today was our second visit; it was a meerkat experience for 2 of us for my sons 9th birthday. I should have written a review the first time I visited years ago but after a second visit being just as wonderful- it must be done now. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We were able to wonder through looking at all the reptiles before our experience and outside there are some beautiful Owls. When it was our time to go in and meet the meerkats; we were given so much information and facts about them. It was really lovely to see how much knowledge the staff have and how much love and care they put into their jobs. We took our 4yr old son here for the reptile experience yesterday, who is reptile crazy, we had an absolutely amazing time and we got as much out of it as he did. George was very friendly and informative. My sons fav was Albert the chameleon and the bearded dragon whom I’ve forgotten his name ‍♀️ and my personal favourite was mowgli he kept falling asleep on my foot!! Can not recommend this place enough, the staff are so lovely and the animals are amazing! Me and my daughter had the best afternoon there, the meerkats were really playful and fun jumping all over us, they were absolutely adorable. We were shown around by Harley and he was really informative and we learnt lots about the meerkats, and he also let my daughter hold Albert the chameleon after she said she loved chameleons which made her so happy. Visited today for a reptile experience.... My son and I had a fantastic time. Absolutely amazing! From the moment you step in you are greeted with friendly staff who welcome you to look around at the other animals and tell you about them. We went for the meerkat experience today for my daughters birthday, it was fantastic! I’m not sure what I was expecting but didn’t realise just how close the meerkats come and that you can stroke them! Karen was the keeper with us and shared so much knowledge and many interesting facts. My daughter wore boots with fur on that the meerkats absolutely loved! we was brought a one to one reptile experience for our little boy who has a love for reptiles and bugs and enjoys all the facts about them. .. the staff are very friendly and patient with all ages considering we turned up with a 5yr who has additional needs and 3yr old who loves being involved in everything.. we had a lovely experience and also some own pet advice on where to purchase things from if looking into getting a reptile.. who totally recommended and would go back again More...
