Hunningham, Warwickshire, Warwickshire
The recently revamped Red Lion at Hunningham is exactly what you are looking for. A picture perfect setting with beautiful open views of the Warwickshire countryside; when the sun shines there really is no better place to be than the al fresco dining area and riverside garden.

First visit here for me today. Staff were lovely, super friendly and welcoming. We were having our Christmas party, so there were 14 of is to cater for(as well as obviously other diners) so quite a lot of food to serve! I have to say the food was fantastic, the portions were amazingly generous, food was piping hot and tasty as you like! Everyone was served together and at the right time! It really was fab, and well worth the two hour drive I had to get here!!! More...

By far our favourite pub in the UK! Friendly, professional and attentive staff creating a relaxing pub atmosphere. The food is amazing with our personal favourite being “Streak Wednesdays” where you can get 25% off steak items from the menu! If you haven’t been to The Red Lion Hunningham yet we highly recommend checking it out, we are sure that you will not be disappointed! More...

Truly great service and food - stylish on the inside and fabulous countryside, outside dining with family and friends. Always busy with a great atmosphere, really could not ask for more, try it, you will not be disappointed.

Came here for Sunday drinks after a day out with the family. Very tranquil setting and nice place to meet up with people, as ample comfortable space inside and out. Complimentary blankets were much appreciated. Our evening was made all the more impressive whilst watching a few vintage cars strut their stuff. More...

Excellent customer service. The bartender had forgotten to put in out table number so we hadn't received our food. Once this was realised, the bartender came out to our table and apologised personally. Delicious food shortly followed and we were given a full refund. More...

Good food. Slightly above average with the cost.Above average location and environment. Staff friendly with reasonable service. Best thing about the meal though was the chips. They were wonderful! Hope I'm right in saying - boiled chips to cook them through, shaken to fluff up, then fried in high temp very clean oil, leaving them crispy and light in the middle. Beautiful! Down side for me personally and I'm sorry to say - felt the beef burgers were under seasoned as the flavour didn't match everything else. Just lacked that bit of special for the cost. I'm sorry.... just a personal feeling and would love to see hand ground, hand made burgers to carry off the Red Lion label. More...
