I used to go o attend Liza’s classes at Anytime fitness and Fitness First. Her classes were always fully booked. She is very good at explaining how to activate gluteus in compound exercises. I still use her techniques in my workouts. More...

I have been training with Liza 2,5 years ago, and just renewed my sessions. Just from the consultation I can already see how much she’s developed her knowledge over this time. She considers every detail, and it really feels how personalised workouts and nutrition plan are. She also gives you different options to choose from when it comes to nutrition tracking.

I have 3,5 years of experience dancing in heels. I continuously learn from world-famous choreographers and participate in live and online dance classes.

In addition, I have a weekly 1:1 session with a professional dancer. This helps me to explore new styles, discover unique moves, as well as develop my knowledge and performance.

During the sessions I will prioritise your safety in heels. I have a thorough understanding of how imortant it is to wear the right heels and have the right technique that will not compromise your posture or health. I will be looking out for any common mistakes and provide solutions on how to improve your skills.

Posture correction exercises will be integrated into your training plan, to achieve an optimal body alignment.

Considering your fitness goals and current fitness level I will design a programme suitable for the gym or no equipment workouts.

Considering your dietary requirements and food preference I will present three different options for tracking your nutrition intake. We will determine which method is best suitable for you.
