Thames Roofing Group did work in our roof and dormers back in December 2023. The team was friendly at that time. However, we have been experiencing numerous issues since they left, including leaks.
We have been chasing them regularly to get them back and assess the issues but they haven't been responsive at all. Worst, they have been overpromising on dates for their visit but we are still waiting after over one month. We feel completely let down. With such a poor after sale service, I don't think their 15 years guarantee is worth a penny. I would not recommend to anyone.

Honestly one the best companies I have used. From joe coming to carry out the survey and quote, the lady I spoke to on the phone in the main office, to the guys who came to carry out the work on the day, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to talk to.
They knew what to do about my roof, did exactly what they said for a great price and tidied up after themselves so well that you wouldn’t have known they'd been there, unless you count the fact that the roof doesn’t leak anymore obviously!
I would highly recommend!
