I would come time and time again food was great everything very quick service always fresh, spacious always fairly quiet so you easily get a table. Been here 3 times in a week. last one was a joint birthday they offered us wonky donky shots which was interesting and very hospitable. made it a fun atmosphere. Love this place! delicious food served quick. Family friendly and very welcoming. They accommodate any needs we've had. We had our son's 21st birthday party here and they decorated the whole party area and even bought him a birthday cake free of charge. definitely recommend this place.

If you have an allergy, sadly this restaurant is probably not a good idea. Up until today this was my favourite restaurant and I am devastated that I won't be able to enjoy their Tom yum soup again. To cut a long story short my daughter suffered an allergic reaction to a dish which we discussed with the waitress and confirmed on the menu as not containing any of my daughter's allergies. The initial staff response, when I alerted them to the fact, was a little too laid back for my liking so I asked to speak to the manager. The chef appeared from the kitchen and from offset she was extremely defensive and then rude in later stages of the conversation. She was followed by the owner who did make a genuine attempt to try and understand what had caused the allergic reaction, however he was extremely focused by the idea that she was allergic to something we aren't aware of and again adamant that no blame could possibly lie with him or his kitchen. I can honestly say that we were not looking for compensation or a quick free meal , I just think that if one of them could have apologised and recognised the possibility that they got something wrong in the kitchen it would have been enough to put my mind at ease. The denial and constant chatter on repeat from the owner and additionally the rudeness of the head Chef were very disappointing. I visited last night for the first time. Fantastic service from all the staff that served us. The owners were lovely and so attentive. The food was absolutely delicious (best dumplings I’ve ever had since visiting Thailand), and he makes a mean pornstar martini! We were going to eat here but after sitting down and ordering our food and drinks we got told that they would not accept cash, I will not support a business that encourages a cashless environment. They did however tell us that they couldn't accept tips via card but if we would like to leave a tip it would have to be cash. That makes no sense at all. Had a wonderful time here for five of us for my big sis birthday. From the moment we walked in and the way we were looked after and Not forgetting the most amazing and I mean amazing food too . Catered for drivers with great non alcoholic cocktails. I am still waiting (a week later) to hear back from the customer service team about a serious case of food poisoning. I don't appreciate emails and Facebook messages being ignored, I'm trying to deal with this privately but details will follow if the company continues to bury it's head in the sand.

We was there new years eve, communication was great! Told they were short staffed but still not felt like service was impacted at all, food was great and tweaked to my needs without any complication, all food deliciously flavoured hot and presented perfectly.
