I urgently needed some flowers for my mum and dads 65th wedding anniversary. They have only recently moved to Quorn. I left a message late on Thursday night and was rung back first thing on Friday morning, but work commitments meant I couldn’t get back to them till 1pm. Karen took my call, helped me choose what to order, and said no problem they would sort it that day! My mum phoned later that day to say how “absolutely beautiful” they were.
