What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a passion to complete the work to the highest of standards and take enjoy meeting new people. I work very differently to most companies and pride myself that many of our clients have been with us for over 10 years thus excel within the customer service market. The previous companies I worked for kept loosing clients for various reasons and I could never understand why. The clients in ANY business in my mind is the key to that business and this is what I feel sets Smoothe consulting apart from the competition!?
