I met Terry and Emma when I took on my Aunty’s 13 year old Westie. My Aunty had been going to Terry for over 20 years to have her dogs groomed. Terry and Emma are fabulous with my dogs. In addition to the Westie I have a 9 month old Golden Doodle. They were brilliant with the puppy’s first cut, they took their time and were gentle, patient and calm with her. I look forward to going as we have a good laugh and chat whilst they work their magic 😃 I couldn’t recommend them enough - I live in West Yorkshire and travel to Thornaby to get the dogs groomed with Terry and Emma and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!! Terry has cut our dogs for years wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Alfie isn’t the easiest dog to groom ( not sure anyone else would cut him🤣) he’s old and very grumpy but Terry has so many patience with him.

Seeing how the dogs grow their trust between groomer and themselves over time
Why should our clients choose you?
Professional and empathetic groomers who take time with your dog on a one to one basis with no other distractions from other dogs, people or salon noises!
We can read your dog so can preempt their next move (most of the time but not 100% of the time ?) and don’t turn them away regardless of their anxiety etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Face coverings and gloves are worn by Janine as she is mobile in your home
In the salon you are over 2 meters away from staff anyway or you can choose to wait in your car.
You are welcome to wear your mask and/or request salon staff to wear one
All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every client and hand sanitizer is offered, in the salon, for you to use
