What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about coaching & can honestly say it is my dream job! I feel so honoured to hold space for my clients, listen to them, ask questions to help them work out their own answers & move forward. I truly believe that each & every person can unlock their inner wisdom & achieve their goals in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed the people aspect in all my job roles from senior manager to psychology A level lecturer to childminder & respite foster carer. For the past 14 years I have been self employed & worked with children but lockdown had me re assessing my life plan so I decided to do a Masters & start to coach. I believe that we can all recreate our lives or change direction at any point in life with the right support & tools.
What inspired me to start my own coaching business? The answer is very simple -people! I love to uncover the strengths, skills & creative wisdom that people hold inside.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think it is very important that you chose the right coach, as the rapport, trust & building of the client/coach relationship is the most important aspect to help you achieve your goals. I offer a free 30 minute discovery call so that we can find out whether we would make a good fit. If , yes, then I will do everything in my power to help you achieve the outcomes you desire, as long as you also put in the work!

I am happy to coach online through zoom or google meet or messenger depending on your preference.
I am happy to coach over the telephone or with the camera off if that makes you feel more comfortable.

This type of coaching is focused on your mind's ability to manage symptoms such as anxiety, stress, burn out, lack of confidence, etc. by managing thought processes, emotions, and behaviour responses.
